Does the job but significantly thinner than sheet that came with mat

I was disappointed to find that these sheets were significantly thinner than the one that came with my electrostatic mat originally which means I go through these new ones MUCH faster and they have much less room for error.
However, they do protect the electrostatic mat (to some degree) and they do allow for a good static field.
