I reached out to customer service to find out what the starter kit consists of and I’m still waiting on an answer. All I got was the machine and not starter kit. Walmart, amazon and silhouette have starter kits that comes with vinyl, tools and other stuff, but it seems like craft direct starter is just the machine that you ordered which is false advertisement. You could never reach customer service on the phone, never got the tracking number I asked for and I’m still waiting on a response as to what the starter kit consists of. I am so disappointed in this company.
The platform performed well, no problems. Very sturdy, inexpensive ( but definitely not cheap !) I would buy again as needed. Thankyou

I thought Tim Holtz products were excellent, so I bought a BIG Sgood HOT SWITCH PLUS Machine. 3D embossing folders work in this machine, but it doesn't give a good "emboss" on the left side of a folder. Disappointed.
Good material and firmness. Would order again.
This product works very well and makes a lovely embossed paper piece that’s already cut out for you to work with. I will use it a lot.
