Never Updates Shipping Info

Had to email company twice with request for shipping info. This was after approximately a week of nothing. And it took another week and several days before receiving item. It’s not like it shipped directly from overseas. It was here, in the states. Will never order from here again. When you have to chase a company down to find out if your big-ticket item even shipped, I’m done. They sure took their money right away, however. Tried twice to cancel order—again, via email because they don’t have this option on their ‘website’. Convenient.

It’s ok

Mostly l like it. A couple of struggles l have with it are the plates don’t go straight in, l have to angle them in several times before they catch.
A separate thing is the embossing folder does not work at all and l have reported that earlier.
